- Sales Initiatives and Planning
- Leverage market and competitor analysis to develop data-driven sales initiatives for Electronics.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to streamline pricing, product specs, and supply chain for Electronics
- Proactively identify and adapt to industry shifts to maintain
- Electronics' competitive edge in the long run
- Key Account Management
- Drive account growth through strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
- Close sales through expert negotiation and client understanding.
- Work with teams to build customer-centric solutions that drive satisfaction
and retention. - Keep senior management informed about sales pipeline and revenue
forecasts
- Business Development
- Leverage market research and analysis to identify high-potential
opportunities. - Craft persuasive presentations and proposals that resonate with client
needs. - Develop captivating content and presentations for tech-days and
seminars. - Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
effectively. - Utilize project management tools and techniques to monitor progress
and communicate updates.
- Leverage market research and analysis to identify high-potential
- Value chain mapping and Management
- Analyze key Electronics customers' value chains, identifying
bottlenecks and potential improvement areas. - Develop partnerships and solutions that address customer supply
chain inefficiencies. - Monitor expansion and relocation plans of international Electronics
OEMs, FATPs, and component manufacturers across Southeast Asia. - Identify strategic partnership opportunities and potential competitor
threats arising from manufacturer movements.
- Analyze key Electronics customers' value chains, identifying
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration,
Economics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of proven success in B2B industrial sales/business
development, ideally with 2+ years in the electronics industry. - Demonstrated experience in direct customer sales and technical
product sales. - Strong understanding of value chain dynamics.
- Proficiency in the Korean language
- Impeccable integrity and strong moral character.
- Sharp business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
- Results-driven approach with a strong track record of exceeding
targets. - Highly self-motivated and proactive work style.
