COMPANY OVERVIEW
Representative office of Japan, specializing in a rental service that provides various types of equipment and tools for rent in Vietnam. They offer a wide range of products, including heavy machinery, power tools, and hand tools, for both commercial and personal use.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make cash voucher, bank voucher in fast accounting software
- Check Red invoice information
- Make VAT declaration
- Make WHT declaration
- Make CIT, FCT, PIT
- Check all payment requests, invoices from supplier. Chase red invoice from supplier for Financial Statement
- Liaise with auditors and other authorities as being required.
- Perform any other duties that are assigned from time to time.
- Manage job of Admin Dept: Check payroll, PIT, Insurance,…
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree: University majoring in Accounting
- Chief accountant certificate is needed
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar position at a company with a size of 50-100
- Have experience working in foreign invested companies
- Have experience in tax inspection
- Language: Good at English.
- Can work as soon as possible
- Gender: Female
