Position: After-service Manager (Endoscope)
Responsibilities:
· Management of repairing team members (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh)
· Progress management of maintain/repair returned endoscope products
· Quality response to repair endoscopy products
· Coordination with FSE, Sales Rep
(FSE = Field Service Engineer: Installation, installation, maintenance and maintenance of equipment.)
Sales Rep .: sales and sales of endoscopes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related quantitative disciplines
- Having 3-5 years experience in the digestive and endoscopic business, prefer manager level
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- English advanced level
