JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather information, conduct analysis, and assess client requirements to gain a deep understanding of their comprehensive financial objectives. This is achieved through a combination of individual client insights, segment and sub-segment knowledge, and category expertise.
- Examine the financial products or services utilized by clients, along with their financial indicators, in order to gauge their financial well-being.
- Establish a client network and expand relationships beyond the existing client base to tap into potential client opportunities.
- Personally handle and fulfill customer transaction requests, collaborating with relevant departments and processing tasks to ensure the finest service experience for clients.
- Document and address clients' feedback regarding products and services, while presenting solutions to enhance service quality standards specifically for priority clients.
- Recognize customer data and potential warning signs before, during, and after customer transactions, ensuring alignment with company’s procedures, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Oversee and manage credit risk and operational risk associated with the customer portfolio.
- Formulating business plans and customer development strategies, promoting product up-selling and cross-selling within the assigned customer portfolio to optimize client benefits and attain designated business objectives.
- Completed a degree program at a reputable university with commendable academic achievements. Preferred academic disciplines include economics, finance, banking, foreign trade, and business administration. Priority consideration will be given to international students who have pursued equivalent programs at esteemed foreign universities or individuals holding CFA, CPA, or ACCA certifications.
- Proficiency in English, evidenced by a TOEIC certificate or an equivalent qualification that meets the company’s criteria.
- Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in roles related to credit, business, and direct sales within the finance and banking sector. Candidates with similar positions at other financial institutions will receive favorable consideration.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing customer portfolios, including a deep understanding of the behavior and requirements of customers. Proficient in various credit operations and products tailored for priority customers, encompassing transactions, savings, credit facilities, investments, insurance, and cards. Additionally, capable of providing comprehensive financial solutions and advice to customers.
