- Achieve revenue, KPIs and profitability targets.
- Accountable for selling solutions and equipment to customers and distributors.
- Onboard and develop distributors and sales agents.
- Submit weekly reports and forecasts.
- Manage accounts, analyze sales, and handle contracts.
- Participate in the tendering process.
- Identify construction events and collect relevant contacts for business development.
- Ensure on-time, professional product delivery.
- Provide guidance and assist customers in identifying any training needs.
- Hold a degree or equivalent, with a preference for business or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales management.
- Sound comprehension of the construction industry and its operational procedures.
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in both English and Thai languages.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial, legal, and commercial terminology.
