Store Manager

• In charge of managing, recruiting, training, and arranging work schedules for employees in the store
• Follow employee attendance and actual working hours at the store
• Manage and place orders for all toys, equipment, and machinery in the playground
• Take responsibility for store revenue and make weekly reports to Sales Supervisor
• Organize discount campaigns and customer services activities
• Participate in meetings and discussions with center tenants and investors as a store manager
• Other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager.
