JAC's client - A top Local Bank is looking for a Private Client Relationship Management - Senior Expert to join in Vietnam.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Customer Financial Solutions:

•Conduct in-depth analyses of customer demographics, financial health, and personal interests to tailor financial solutions that align with their risk appetite and wealth enhancement goals.

•Manage and optimize high net worth customer portfolios by deeply understanding their complex financial needs and designing tailored financial solution packages.

•Expand customer networks and relationships to identify and secure potential high net worth clients.

Service Excellence:

•Handle transaction requests efficiently, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure a premium service experience.

•Proactively market and inform customers about new product features, benefits, and pertinent regulatory changes that could impact their assets and investment decisions.

•Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex matters for further resolution, and consistently aim to elevate the service quality provided to high net-worth individuals.

Operational Compliance and Risk Management:

•Monitor and analyze customer transactions and behaviors for compliance with bank procedures and legal regulations, identifying any suspicious activities or warning signs.

•Manage credit and operational risks within customer portfolios and coordinate seamlessly with various bank departments to ensure swift transaction execution and compliance with internal standards.

Human Resources and Organizational Culture:

•Oversee personal development plans and training programs to enhance work efficiency and support employee growth.

•Foster a collaborative and cohesive work culture, ready to share information and adapt to changes, while driving towards excellence and embodying the bank's core values and cultural standards.

Efficiency and Business Outcome Management:

•Develop and implement business plans focused on customer development and cross/up-selling to optimize client benefits and achieve business targets.

•Participate in and coordinate promotional activities such as campaigns, roadshows, and seminars to boost awareness and adoption of the bank's services and products.

Additional Responsibilities:

•Undertake other duties as assigned by management, contributing to team efforts and assisting in organizational projects as needed.

 

JOB REQUIREMENT

 

•Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.

•Minimum of 10 years experiences in upper-level direct sales or management roles catering to high net-worth individuals in sectors including finance, banking, investment, insurance, real estate, securities, travel, and hospitality is required. 

•A strong preference will be shown towards individuals with an international education from prestigious universities and those holding advanced certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA. 

•Proficient in English is essential, supported by formal certifications such as TOEIC or equivalent documentation.

•Exhibit a deep understanding of the financial behaviors and needs of affluent clients, bolstered by substantial knowledge of bespoke financial products tailored for private clients.

•Experience in lending and crafting comprehensive, customized financial solutions that address a wide range of client requirements is crucial.

•Advanced analytical skills are necessary for effectively interpreting market trends and corporate finance dynamics to inform strategic financial planning and investment decision-making.
