National Sales Manager
COMPANY OVERVIEW
We're supporting an international company that specializes in supplying and manufacturing mattresses and foam. We're currently in search of an experienced, driven National Sales Manager to spearhead our sales endeavors within the mattress and foam industry, covering both local and international markets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement robust sales strategies to boost revenue and market share in both local and international mattress and foam markets.
Identify and seize new business opportunities, expanding into emerging markets while nurturing existing customer relationships.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team to achieve peak performance, collaborating with other departments to align sales efforts with overarching business goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to drive innovation and growth.
Manage key accounts and partnerships, negotiating contracts for mutual success.
Track sales metrics, provide insights for improvement, and represent the company at industry events.
Ensure budget efficiency and compliance with company standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Language: English, Chinese (bonus).
Must have more than 5 years of sales experience
Experience in selling mattresses/furniture would be preferred.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data and market insights to develop effective sales strategies.
