Country Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are supporting our client who has an extensive year of experience in the Electrical Equipment Material industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Planning: Crafting and executing a strategic plan to boost business growth, ensuring alignment with the entity's overarching goals.
• Profitability Focus: Steering the entity's strategy towards expansion and profit, managing the profit and loss aspects diligently.
• Performance Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on key performance indicators to pinpoint improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
• Financial Oversight:
  • Budget Management: Supervising the annual budget preparation to maintain financial health.
  • Financial Performance Tracking: Monitoring business performance rigorously to hit financial targets.
• Operational Leadership:
  • Operations Management: Directing the entity's operations to guarantee efficiency, quality, and resource optimization.
  • Compliance Assurance: Making sure all operational procedures meet legal and regulatory standards.
  • Human Resources Stewardship: Managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Formal Representation: Acting as the entity's face at official gatherings and legislative events.
• Communication Excellence:
  • Regular Reporting: Updating on sales and office activities consistently.
  • Management Advisement: Informing management about plan progress and advising on adjustments to align with policies.
  • Strategic Communication: Maintaining open lines of communication with management and other departments regarding strategic and regulatory changes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior management role, preferably within the electrical/electronics industry.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, execution, and forward-thinking to drive business growth.
• Proven leadership skills with a history of managing and inspiring teams to meet and exceed objectives.
• Exceptional presentation abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills for engaging with individuals at various organizational levels.
• Full proficiency in English, encompassing both verbal and written communication.
• Skilled in financial analysis, budget preparation, and fiscal management.
