Compliance Manager
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a leading Japanese manufacturer. They are seeking a diligent individual to oversee and fortify company-wide compliance efforts with legal statutes and internal regulations. The incumbent will manage resources effectively to advance departmental goals, while also expanding and refining the structure and operations of the Legal & Compliance Section.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure Legal Compliance:
Strategically plan and execute assessments of company and departmental compliance with relevant laws.
Stay abreast of new legislation and assess its impact on company operations.
Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors on legal updates and their implications.
Implement new laws promptly to ensure compliance.
Offer legal advice on company-wide projects and address external legal matters.
Organize training initiatives to bolster legal awareness among managers and staff.
Enforce Company Regulations:
Conduct reviews of departmental compliance with company regulations and enforce adherence.
Organize training sessions to enhance understanding of company regulations among managers and employees.
Additional Responsibilities:
Undertake tasks assigned by Department and Division Managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Proficient in Vietnamese and international trade laws.
- Deep understanding of commercial and business principles.
- Strong English writing skills for contracts and business communications.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
