Our Client is an international manufacturer of plush toys and with its strong Brand, the organization is rapidly developing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Provide assessment and manage the process of all kinds of sewing and handwork, transfer the production skills to all technicians and workers.

Give technical advice, monitor and ensure the workflow of the specific process of Stuffing, Packing and Cutting for plush stuffed toys.
-
Suggest work methods or techniques to the production team that will increase efficiency workmanship and reduce cost.
-
Participate in technical training for technicians and workers. Advise and share the expertise with technicians.

Support workers in their manufacturing activities.

Liaise with other departments within the company to resolve technical issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

College’s degree or higher.
-
Concrete, hands-on experience, and fruitful know-how in our plush toy industry.

Demonstrable experience in plush stuffed toys in terms of Stuffing, Packing and Cutting procedures.

Strong knowledge of general sewing and handwork techniques (for plush toys, MUST).
-
Good communication as well as detail-focused, result-oriented, hard-working.

Superior leadership quality.
-
English or Chinese is not compulsory but preferable.
