Team Head of Account Service Team - KYC

JAC’s client is a Japanese banking, looking for an Assistant Vice President / Vice President (Team Head of Account Service Team) position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Responsibilities
•    To manage Account Services Team (AST) who:
-    Review Know Your Customer (KYC) checklist and account documents for existing customers.
-    Participate in the implementation of KYC initiatives and best practices.
-    Advise customers and process on account update in a timely manner.
-    Handle KYC/account related reports for internal parties.
-    Prepare material for team and department meetings.
-    Work in partnership with colleagues across bank’s network to deliver exceptional standards and quality of service.
-    Complaint with the bank’s internal guidelines and procedure.
•    To provide coaching AST team members for career development.
•    To improve the business process of marketing and internal activity.
•    Support Department Head to build up and maintain account services in good quality with high productivity.
Job Requirements
Education Level/certificates:
•    Essential: Strong education background with at least a bachelor’s degree.
•    Preferable: Honor in Banking, Finance, Economics is preferable.
Experience and skills:
•    At least 7 years’ experience in KYC/AML Compliance position in a foreign banking Vietnam, with at least 2 years at managerial level.
•    Good understanding of & experience in KYC, AML standards.
•    Fluent English & Vietnamese.
•    Being accountable, self-motivated, trustworthy and detail oriented.
•    Ability to work both independently and as a team member under high pressure.
