Job Description

** Job requirements:

-        Currently living and working in Hai Phong

-        Graduated College or higher

-        Working experience related to store management, children's play area management

-        Have knowledge / skills about event management, group management, customer care

-        Can work shifts, weekends and holidays, New Year

-        Can communicate in English or Japanese (basic)

-        Being active, eager to learn new things


** Job description:

-        Manage, recruit and training new employees in store.

-        Ensure compliance with operating procedures in all items in the store in charge.

-        Management of goods, toys, equipment, and machinery for the play area.

-        Responsible for in-store sales (tracking, checking, analyzing & identifying sales growth reasons) and making weekly reports to Sales Supervisors.

-        Responsible for the attendance management of employees

-        Organize promotional activities or events

-        Implement appropriate countermeasures for incidents, handle complaints occurring inside the store, in case of self-assessment, must consult with supervisory level

-        Participate in conferences and meetings with center tenants and investors as a store manager, ensuring a smooth dialogue

-        Other jobs under the direction of the Manager
