Service Engineer

We are representing our client, a global leader in focusing on supplying inspection and measurement instruments to various industries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for repairing, maintaining, installation of machines, tools, and equipment
• To responsible for providing technical support to customer-related company’s range of products
• To responsible for providing training and attending to the inquiries of the customers on the operation of the machine
• To be responsible for acquiring a new account and maintaining the existing account for machine maintenance
• Responsible for preparing the quotation, service contract, and training material for the customers
• To be responsible for achieving the monthly service target assigned by the company
• To responsible for assigning the day-to-day schedule for the technical department
• Performing routine maintenance on equipment, and assisting in establishing preventive maintenance schedules with customers.
• Any ad-hoc assignment as and when required by Superior / Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Physical or any Science Discipline
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field
• Knowledge & experience in Semiconductor, Data Storage, Research, or Electronics Industry. Experience in Electron Microscope (SEM/CDSEM/FIB/TEM) or optics product (microscope, x-ray CSAM, AFM)
•  Availability to travel for overseas training and customer support when needed.
• Good understanding and interpretation of Vietnamese tax laws & accounting regulations.
• Autonomous, open-minded, and flexible
