JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Comprehend both functional and non-functional requirements for software products and devise quality assurance and testing strategies for diverse products.
• Contribute to planning and constructing the system architecture of a product, evaluating risks, addressing testability in design, and ensuring system stability.
• Innovate testing tools, technologies, platforms, and lifecycles for product R&D, aiming to enhance testing efficiency.
• Participate in setting up testing systems, planning technology teams, and constructing testing technology platforms.
• Lead the design of technology solutions and architectures for system integration tests, driving the deployment and implementation of solutions.
• Take responsibility for system integration testing during the product deployment phase of the development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality product go-live.
• Research new technologies and methods in the testing domain, apply and promote them, contributing to improved industry influence.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess over 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) within both internet and traditional industries, navigating through large-scale software development lifecycles and accumulating rich experience in software development.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of QA theory and methodology.
• Exhibit a systematic mindset and expertise in software quality assurance, with the ability to prototype and implement software quality control strategies for complex systems.
• Possess strong analysis and design skills, capable of developing testing frameworks and integrating solutions; experienced in RESTful API testing, performance testing, automation testing, security testing, as well as black-box and white-box testing.
• Have hands-on experience with programming languages, coding, and code review, along with proficiency in version control systems like GIT or SVN.
