Senior Social Media Manager (Agency)

JAC's client - a content marketing agency based in Da Nang is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join their dynamic team. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging platforms, and the competitive landscape to optimize strategies continually.

Content Creation and Curation

• Oversee the creation of compelling, shareable content aligned with brand messaging and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content meets regulatory guidelines.

Audience Growth & Engagement

• Develop strategies to organically grow our target audience across social media platforms.
• Encourage meaningful engagement through creative initiatives, polls, and other interactive content.

Analytics and Reporting

• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations.
• Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize impact.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of social media professionals, fostering collaboration, professional development, and innovation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' proven experience in a senior social media management role, preferably experience in a content marketing or media agency.
• Successful track record developing and implementing effective social media strategies.
• Understanding of healthcare regulations related to social media marketing are a plus.
• Demonstrated success in crisis management and navigating sensitive healthcare topics on social media is an advantage.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and emerging technologies is preferred.
