A Japanese consulting firm is seeking a Senior Consultant (M&A) to support its business operations and expansion in Vietnam.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Responsibilities

• Consulting for business expansion in Vietnam
• Support for business downsizing or withdrawal from Vietnam 
  M&A due diligence
• Fraud investigation and internal audit support
• Internal control and management system consulting
• Support for corporate alliances

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting firms, consulting firm or related industries
• Strong exposure to M&A transactions
• Ability to handle both consulting and research work for M&A projects
• Candidates who have lived and worked in Japan will be highly preferred.
• Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N2 or equivalent (Intermediate level)
• English:  Intermediate Level
