Foreign company providing medical and healthcare solutions/services is looking for a Senior Business Manager to join and manage their Sales Team in HCMC

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing sale team to drive sales and growth of the assigned strategic business unit and its accompanying product line and solutions in the drug preference market.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage a business that will contribute to the organization’s short and long-term business goals in the assigned business units about drug preference such as Drug information on book, website, and app; insert brochure, banner on a book, website; printing guideline, disease awareness for doctor & pharmacy as well as developing medical information service in a group client (Newsletter, Event, CME online, email marketing, digital content….)
  • Identify areas where group strategies can be implemented based on industry experience with clients and prospects to ensure the achievement of revenue targets and related key performance solutions.
  • Lead sale team and coach them to have meetings and discussions with clients and business partners to provide drug preference packages, guideline material, banners & email & digital solution for new drug & exit drug in Viet Nam market.
  • Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, and advising business director on maximising business development.
  • Works closely with internal divisions (editorial team, project team) to delivery book to hospital, pharmacy as client expectation.
  • Corporate with regional team to ensure high quality of the company services and develop the service in Vietnam

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 5 years working in pharmaceutical industry, and an equivalent environment.
  • At least 2 years in team management
  • Good coaching skills and team management
  • Strong selling skill, and pharmaceutical insight to helping clients with their business.
  • Good at negotiation management & handling objection
  • Excellent in communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation in English and local languages.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be passionate about helping the medical community.
