- Guiding and motivating a team of sales professionals to excel and achieve targets.
- Formulating and executing impactful sales strategies to enhance revenue generation and expand market presence.
- Nurturing enduring connections with key clients.
- Furnishing regular updates, precise forecasts, and insightful analyses to senior management, spotlighting pivotal sales metrics and areas ripe for enhancement.
- Engaging collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure harmonization of sales initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Employing market research, identifying and reaching out to prospective clients to ascertain requirements and gauge interest in the company's offerings.
- Spearheading negotiations with clients and overseeing the contract management lifecycle.
- Optimizing sales performance and exceeding critical performance benchmarks.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, commerce, business administration, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management within a dynamic and challenging business environment.
- Proven track record as a successful Sales Manager or in a similar leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitor strategies.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth, demonstrated capability to lead and inspire a sales team.
- Proficient in communicating, presenting, and influencing effectively at all organizational levels.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluent in English.
