(REMOTE) SALES EXECUTIVE
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a company specializing in production of wrinkled paper, wrinkled cardboard, packaging from paper, cardboard, plastic and repairing, installation and rental of machinery and equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a steady stream of potential customers and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain good relations with existing customers and develop new customers to ensure incremental sales by seniority.
• Present solutions, craft proposals, and foster trust with key clients.
• Collaborate with the technical team to deliver customized solutions that meet specific customer needs.
• Secure orders, tenders, and contracts through effective negotiation and pricing strategies.
• Market intelligence: Provide monthly updates on market trends and competitor activity.
• Analyze customer needs to predict future demand and ensure internal capacity meets those needs.
• Conduct market research, develop a comprehensive sales strategy, and propose investment plans to support growth.
• Report directly to Sales Leader.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification (no specific major required).
• Proven track record of academic achievement (minimum GPA of A or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in a multinational company within the shrink sleeve label, packaging, printing, or FMCG industry (background in any of these is acceptable).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• In good health and able to manage the demands of the position, free from chronic conditions.
• Ethical, honest, meticulous, composed, with leadership potential and decisiveness.
• Energetic, team player, excellent communicator, and highly responsible.

Authorize

• Request the technical proposal from the technical team, pricing information and stock building for the order preparation.
• Require for technical support for the new or current projects.

Working condition

• Essential equipment, and stationery will be provided.
• Be given an email address and seal to serve the job.
• Desktop computers, laptops, printers, faxes, scanners, etc. will be provided.

JOB BENEFITS

• Working time: 8:00 to 17:00 (Monday to Friday).
• Remote working in Hanoi.
• Salary from 20,000,000 to 25,000,000 VND Monthly or negotiable based on experience.
• 13th month salary + bonus (based on business situation).
• Full salary insurance, 12 days of leave/year and holidays according to regulations.
• 2 months of probation.
