Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is done safely, on time, and with high quality.
Coordinate with contractors and report progress and issues to the Project Director.
Attend technical meetings and support project coordination.
Monitor safety compliance and promote a safety-first mindset.
Assist with inspections, handover, and resolving defects.
Handle basic admin tasks like material approvals and progress reports.
Job Requirements
7–10 years in construction, especially residential or commercial projects.
Education: Degree in Civil Engineering; Class 1 Supervision License preferred.
Skills:
Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project.
Strong teamwork and respect for company structure.
Willing to work mostly on-site.
