Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is done safely, on time, and with high quality.
- Coordinate with contractors and report progress and issues to the Project Director.
- Attend technical meetings and support project coordination.
- Monitor safety compliance and promote a safety-first mindset.
- Assist with inspections, handover, and resolving defects.
- Handle basic admin tasks like material approvals and progress reports.
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years in construction, especially residential or commercial projects.
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering; Class 1 Supervision License preferred.
- Skills:
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English.
- Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project.
- Strong teamwork and respect for company structure.
- Willing to work mostly on-site.
