Manage orders from departments.

Manage purchasing related operations such as planning, issuing and tracking orders, managing delivery and shipping schedules.

Develop improvement plans to bring the best effect to the purchase.

Manage supplier communications to get product information and service such as pricing, availability and delivery schedules.

Ensuring the right quality, specifications and deadline.

Price negotiation with vendor and supplier management.
-
Contact to supplier when quality problems arised.

Risk management in the purchasing process.

Analyze and maintain inventory with best affect

Other related jobs as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirement:

Age: 28 ~ 32

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in charge of purchasing at manufacturing companies.

Language: English or Japanese

Degree: Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration..
