Project Sales Consultant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop the project business in Taiwan that includes – Hotels, Resorts, Residential, Landed Home, etc… to achieve annual project sales targets.
• Identify & directly target architects and developers for projects in Taiwan.
• Ensure all major architectural and Interior Design firms are updated with our products catalogue and pursue early leads to ensure the specification of our products.
• Build close and trusting relationships with developers, investors, and hoteliers to enhance our success rates for projects.
• Systematically target existing hotels for opportunities for renovation and seek and pursue new hospitality developments and report monthly for the status.
• Support local distributors with pricing, catalogues, product training and project specification support.
• Prepare and execute systematic and comprehensive annual call plan for hotel, architect and designer in order to make product presentations and build customers’ trust and relationships.
• Assist in local product certification as per local regulations.
• Assist with market research or other local activities related to market and business development, and sales growth in Taiwan.
• Provide assistance and backup for supporting the trade channel business as assigned by management.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly reports and forecasts and ad hoc reports as required.
• Assist in TW local testing requirements and their preparation.
• Involvement in all marketing activities when needed.
• Any other ad hoc sales-related tasks as required or events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in marketing/business or relevant field.
• Possess 3-5 years experience in sales or marketing with a good track record in directly working with developers, architectural and design firms.
• Goals-driven and hands-on in executing key measures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of reliability and personal integrity.
• Be willing and prepared for travel within the Country.
• Experience in the sanitary fittings/building materials industry will be an added advantage.
