Foreign real estate company is looking for Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Binh Duong province.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage construction site.
- Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.
- Manage construction site team.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Be responsible as Construction Manager at the first project.
- University degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
- Project Management Certificate - Level I
- Experienced in residential and high-rise building construction projects and commercial projects.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Construction Site Supervisor in a construction company.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction and experience working with foreign companies.
- Extensive experience working with contractors
- Work hours: 08:00～17:00 (Mon―Fri)
