Project Director

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign real estate corporation is looking for Vietnamese candidates for Project Director to join their team in Binh Duong city.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the project budget to ensure that costs are within the planned budget limits.
• Plan and carry out administrative policies and procedures.
• Manage Tender Process.
• Coordinate resources to achieve project goals.
• Achieving the assigned project goals in terms of quality, timeline and costs during the design and execution phase.
• Site visit, manage all site issue and coordinate with main contractors and vendors as needed.
• Overseeing the entire construction process, from project planning to completion

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher majoring in Civil Engineering
• Having working experience as Project Manager/Director for foreign Clients, managing at least 2 large-scale projects valued at 50 mils USD or more.
• Project Management Certificate Level 1
• Have working experience of Division leader or Manager.
• Extensive experience about project contract administration and bidding management.
• Fluent in English skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
