COMPANY OVERVIEW
Newly established Japanese company, specializing in the production of fabric for air bags in Thai Binh Province.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advise the Board of Directors/General Director on factory setting & management: equipment, technology, use of raw materials, factory infrastructure.
• Organizing and operating production to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plan.
• Building and implementing production processes.
• Control and manage budget costs within the allowable level of the company, consumption norms of raw materials, labour, report product inventory, arising problems in a timely manner to take remedial measures. recover quickly.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduating from college or higher.
• Japanese: JLPT N2 and above.
• Having 5 years or more experience at Japanese manufacturing company, 2 years’ experience at the position of Manager.
• Priority is given to having experience in operating and producing airbag fabrics for cars/or textile factories.
• Good understanding of safety, ISO, how to set up production line, calculate manpower & production plan.

BENEFITS

• Working time: 8h/ per day < from 8:00AM – 17:00 PM>, works every other Saturday. 
• Salary: up to 35 Mil VND Gross, or negotiable based on working experience.
• 13th salary.
• All benefits in accordance with Labor Law and company’s regulation.  
• Review salary once a year.
