Job Responsibilities
Responsible for R&D, improving products and technological processes.
Understand the layout of the R&D Department, working closely with other relevant departments.
Control the operational goals of the R&D Department
Troubleshooting - Identify the problems for each process: Printing, film blowing, dry lamination, extrusion, bag making, etc.
Build & manage the plan for the R&D Team
Job Requirements
Profound knowledge of plastic material
Understanding of quality standards and regulations related to plastic packaging
Leadership skills
English is a must
