JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design management, schedule management, budget management, bidding management, construction management (quality control, safety management), etc.
- Construction supervision at the school construction site (Gia Lam area) (quality control and safety control as a developer).
- Prepare various documents, presentation materials, process and edit the drawing data (CAD data).
- Communicate with project team, participate in project meetings (internal and external designers, contractors, various consultants, business partners, etc.) ※In English and Vietnamese.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of MEP experience, especially need experience in designing and installing water treatment systems
- Education: University or college graduate related to construction technology
- Skills and qualifications: Project manager qualification, construction manager qualification, basic PC skills
- Good in English
