JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Devise marketing strategies for the company's brands:
    • Develop short-term and medium-term marketing plans aligned with the company's business orientation.
    • Strategize activities to foster and enhance brand health, tailored to each brand's characteristics.
    • Estimate budget, propose additional resources for plan effectiveness.
    • Reassess communication and marketing plans, suggest suitable modifications.
  2. Execute and oversee communication and marketing plans for the brand:
    • Coordinate and implement brand identity and media publications consistently.
    • Manage brand image implementation at customer touchpoints.
    • Monitor communication activities regularly and make timely adjustments as needed.
    • Launch continuous campaigns to boost brand image and product awareness.
    • Establish and manage comprehensive communication channels to maximize reach to Potential Customers.
    • Offer advice on product image design, ensuring compliance with brand identity and consumer preferences.
    • Perform other tasks related to brand image promotion.
  3. Coordinate sales promotion activities:
    • Cultivate relationships with partners to enhance brand communication effectiveness, supporting brand positioning and growth, including press agencies, social organizations, media companies, associations, etc.
    • Coordinate planning and implementation of promotional programs, sales support, customer care, and relevant departments.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis:
    • Organize activities to monitor market trends, survey consumer opinions, and analyze consumer behavior in the target segment.
    • Conduct research on products and campaigns of competitors in the same segment.
  5. Establish, manage, and train department personnel:
    • Build, train, and oversee department personnel activities.
    • Develop and update the department's workflow to ensure efficient internal operations and collaboration with other departments.
    • Regularly evaluate personnel's efficiency, propose rewards, and handle disciplinary matters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Educational Background: Holds a degree from a university with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with prior experience as a TP Marketing professional in fashion retail or consumer goods companies.
  • Assertive and decisive in their professional approach.
  • Proficient in managing teams and tasks.
  • Fundamental proficiency in the English language.
