Our client a Japanese real estate investment and development company is looking for Marketing Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies for a new retail complex, from planning stages to post-launch activities.
Oversee marketing efforts for existing commercial assets during the pre-opening phase of the new project.
Collaborate with external partners for advertising, digital campaigns, public relations, and event coordination.
Monitor and optimize marketing initiatives to ensure they align with project goals and timelines.
Propose and manage concepts for mall event zones, kiosks, and short-term leasing spaces.
Mentor and support the internal marketing team to enhance performance and execution quality.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets and securing management approval.
Build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and partners to support marketing and leasing efforts under the guidance of senior leadership.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in marketing leadership, ideally within retail, real estate, or shopping center environments.
Proven ability in project coordination, strategic planning, and vendor management.
Strong communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Leadership qualities with a hands-on approach to execution.
Personality traits: meticulous, results-oriented, customer-centric, dynamic, adaptable, and passionate about retail and lifestyle industries.
