JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and organize the operation of the General Planning Department.
Lên kế hoạch và tổ chức thực hiện các công việc của phòng Kế hoạch tổng hợp. - Organize meetings, conferences, seminars, consultations, hospital mortality examinations, documents recording and filing.
Tổ chức giao ban, hội chẩn, hội thảo, kiểm khảo tử vong, tổ chức ghi chép biên bản, lưu trữ hồ sơ. - Advise and supervise the enforcement of hospital regulations.
Chỉ đạo, đôn đốc thực hiện quy chế của bệnh viện. - Coordinate between clinical departments, laboratory departments and medical examination departments.
Tổ chức phối hợp làm việc giữa các khoa (khoa khám bệnh, cận lâm sàng, lâm sàng...). - Collect all information about inpatient and outpatient, hospital transfer, critical illness and infectious diseases, etc.
Nắm toàn bộ thông tin, số liệu bệnh nhân nhập viện, ra viện, chuyển viện, tử vong, cấp cứu, bệnh nặng, bệnh truyền nhiễm... - Manage the collection of medical and statistics records.
Chỉ đạo, quản lý công tác thống kê, lưu trữ sổ sách, hồ sơ bệnh án. - Hold morning medical meetings.
Tổ chức, chỉ đạo họp giao ban mỗi buổi sáng. - Report and clarify situation to all relevant agencies when an incident occurred.
Báo cáo, giải trình với các cơ quan, đoàn thể khi phát sinh sự việc liên quan. - Answer all patients’ and their families’ questions.
Giải đáp thắc mắc cho bệnh nhân và thân nhân. - Answer hospital staffs’ questions.
Giải đáp thắc mắc của nhân viên bệnh viện. - Attend all medical and relevant non-medical meetings, conferences, seminars and events.
Tham dự các hội nghị, các sự kiện trong ngành, ngoài ngành có liên quan đến chuyên môn y khoa. - Providing medical records for patients and certificate of injury.
Trích lục hồ sơ bệnh án cho bệnh nhân, làm chứng nhận thương tích, v.v.. - Sign and approve summarized medical records for all departments in the hospital.
Ký duyệt tổng kết hồ sơ bệnh án lưu cho các khoa. - Attend medical examination and treatment when needed.
Tham gia khám chữa bệnh khi cần thiết. - Engaging in other external tasks such as health examination, etc.
Tham gia các công việc khác như khám sức khỏe... - Main connection between internal departments (medical and non-medical) and government agencies.
Phối hợp giữa các khoa, phòng ban nội bộ và cơ quan, đoàn thể nhà nước.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of experience at similar roles.
Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương tự. - Working experience in an international environment is a plus.
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở công ty nước ngoài sẽ được ưu tiên. - Honest, hard working, highly responsible.
Trung thực, chăm chỉ, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao. - Good & right attitude, friendly and listenable.
Thái độ đúng đắn, thân thiện, biết lắng nghe. - Careful, considerate and willingness to learn.
