MAINTENANCE LEADER
LOCATION
Industrial Park in Thai Binh.

JAC client is one of the top manufacturing companies in Japan, this entity focuses on Automotive part manufacturing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee in-factory maintenance, establish, and maintain a maintenance system for stable factory operation.
• Promote internal equipment management and maintenance activities, reduce equipment failures, and implement prevention maintenance systems.
• Manage workers’ tasks & workers’ training and education.
• Report task progress and business process improvement plans to the Report line (Vietnamese Deputy Manager).

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of Maintenance experience at a Japanese company.
• Live in Thai Binh or Thien Hai and can work in Thai Binh for a long time
• Japanese level of JLPT N3 and above.

Good to have:

• Experience working for an Automotive company and/or the Fabric manufacturing and processing industry.
• English level of TOEIC 700 and above.
• Electrician Qualification.

BENEFITS

• Working hours: Monday – Friday 8:00-17:00, 60-min lunch break  

Saturday every 2 week.                                                                                             

• 13th month salary.                 
• Performance bonus (once a year).
