JAC's client is looking for Legal Consultant to join their dynamic team in HCM city.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide legal advice for project development and organization management.
- Support team to research and provide analysis on legal regulations.
- Ensure all corporate documents, licenses are renewed, upgraded on time.
- Conduct, draft, and review legal due diligence, legal documents, and contracts.
- Other tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduation with bachelor’s degree or above in law.
- Minimum 3 years of professional working experience in legal or contract-related assignments.
- Fluent in English, both in writing and communicating.
- Good communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Good computer skills in MS office.
- Innovative and creative approach to problem solving.
