COMPANY OVERVIEW 
Our Japanese client is one of the luxury hotels is looking for a Japanese Speaking sales coordinator working in Hanoi Office.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
Main responsibilities:

         Assist Sales Manager to maintain the existing clients and develop new ones.
•          Support by correspondence inquiry through telephones or emails and reservation from Japanese clients.
•          Create Movement sheet for VIP/ Long-stay or Residence.
•          Keep a record on former, existing, potential clients and a profile of each of them.
•          Follow up F&B inquiry and close communication with related teams for arrangement.
•          Present weekly activities in scheduled of Sales Manager.
•          Ensure that all new clients have no negative credit references.
•          Records the statistics of sales accounts and submit production reports list of accounts monthly.
•          Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests.
•          Solicit group, individual, banquet and other function business directly and jointly with others through the execution of the action plan.
•          Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.
•          Work with the concerned departments in identifying hotel activities to support and subsequent events and media exposure.
•          Perform other duties as may be assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 
•          Have at least 2 years lived and worked in Japan.

•          Previous business experience working in hospitality in Japan is an advantage.
•          Bachelor’s degree and/or Hotel Management Degree preferred.
•          Organize and time management skill.
•          Proficiency in Computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•          B2B skill.
•          Japanese: fluent equal to N2, English: fluent.
•          Positive attitude, problem solving ability, guest-oriented mindset.
