[JAPANESE Or ENGLISH speaker] Back Office Staff for NEW Japanese factory in Hung Yen

 Newly opened Japan's Electric Harness/Wire factory
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITY  

• Be responsible for efficient office operation, including organizing the workspace, maintaining supplies, and ensuring a productive working environment.
• Arrange and maintain important records, files, and documents for easy retrieval and reference.
• Coordinate and manage meeting schedules   
• Oversee employee attendance records, such as monitoring and managing working hours, leave, and absences.
• Calculate employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage and oversee employee welfare benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
• Handle expense management procedures, invoices to ensure prompt and accurate payment to vendors and suppliers.
• (GOOD TO HAVE) Translate English or Japanese when required for various documents and communication purposes.
• Draft and submit regular reports as required by management.
• Perform other duties as instructed by superiors to support the needs of the organization. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Expected joining date: 2 – 3/2024
• Have 1 year or more of general affairs experience. (Those with general affairs experience in a factory are preferred).
• Be able to communicate in English or Japanese.
• Able to commute to the factory Hung Yen
• Have basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Have communication and problem-solving skills

• Salary : ~$400 - 500 (negotiable depending on the number of years of experience)

• Working hours: Mon - Fri 08:00-17:00 and once every 2 Saturdays
