IT Risk Team Leader

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee the functions and tasks of the IT Security & Risk Management Team
• Serve as the Branch Information Security and Risk & Control representative within the Regional IT Governance Structure
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Head Office (HO) procedures/standards.
• Identify security vulnerabilities, potential security risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage security incidents, conduct investigations, and oversee incident monitoring and response.
• Propose and manage IT security & risk management budgets.
• Communicate security risks and strategies with IT-related HO & regional teams.
• Provide Information Security guidance and leadership to junior members of the CSIRT and other business units.
• Collaborate closely with IT and Business teams to identify security vulnerabilities, follow up on outstanding findings, and document new or updated technology infrastructure elements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree or higher in computer sciences, information systems, or security
• Experience: 10+ years in IT-related fields, including 3+ years in Information Security, Cybersecurity & IT Risk Management at a management level
• Ability to stay abreast of relevant technological advancements and information security best practices.
• Quick thinker, strategically oriented, adaptable, inquisitive, and optimistic
• Responsible, accurate, self-motivated, and capable of delivering results under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership, planning, teamwork, coordination, communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Risk management skills
• Strong background in network and information systems, coupled with a demonstrated analytical background.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
• Certifications in IT security, cybersecurity, IT risk management, etc., are a plus.
