Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage interior design and construction projects from concept to completion.
Coordinate with Japanese and local staff to ensure smooth communication and execution.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide regular updates.
Manage procurement of materials, including Japanese and local furniture and fittings.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Supervise on-site activities and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare project documentation and reports.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management in interior design or construction.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English; Japanese or Vietnamese language skills are a plus.
Experience working with international teams or Japanese clients is preferred.
