Import Export Purchasing Specialist

Our client is a leading Japanese manufacturer. They are looking for an Import Export Purchasing Specialist to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end procurement for imported and exported goods.
Source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and establish contracts.
Coordinate with stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Stay informed about changes in import/export laws and policies.
Analyze procurement data and drive continuous improvement.
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
Develop strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
2 years + of procurement experience in trading and manufacturing.
In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
Certification in procurement or supply chain management preferred.
Fluency in English preferred.
