Job Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Lead the end to end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
Build a strong candidate pipeline and conduct market benchmarking for competitive compensation
HR Operations & Compliance
Act as the company's primary expert on Vietnamese labor laws and statutory requirements
Maintain contracts, policies and employee handbooks, while handling employee relations and disciplinary actions
HR Strategy & Development
Align HR strategies with business objectives by providing data-driven insights
Implement training, development, and retention programs for top talent
Job Requirements
Having Bachelor's degree with 8 - 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 - 5 years in a management role
Proven expertise in recruiting for healthcare, immigration, or high - end services
Strong practical knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, social insurance, and tax regulations.
Fluent in English ( Mandarin is a big plus)
