Our client in Home Furniture Field is looking for HR Specialist. With main request as below :
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is directly responsible for foreign-base employees in the locations stated above and expatriate HR matters.
- Provides day to day direction in all aspects of international human resources, including managing all compensation programs, maintaining personnel files, performance management and benefits
- Keeps all employee data information updated utilizing appropriate HRIS
- Planning, forecasting and managing the international HR budget
- Oversee all hiring of staff to insure compliance with all local and governmental requirements
- Manage the on-boarding process for all international new hire Assumes corporate responsibility for development of company guidelines, policies and procedures on expatriate issues and local nationals
- Rollout and execute all core HR programs (PMP, Bravo, Talen Management, enterprise training)
- Serves as the designated expert on the interpretation of human resource policy issues for expatriates and local nationals
- Develops and implement HR elements for global business travelers
- Develops and assists the implementation of human resource programs for all foreign entities with a concentration on host-country labor law an legal issues
- Maintains involvement with new foreign entities for an extended period to develop policies,processes and procedures and handle employee relations issues
- Responsible for implementation of international assignment agreements, hiring of local nationals and assisting with expatriate tax issues
- Serves as the HR liaison with US based HHR staff on performance management, employee relations, talent development and retention
- Respond to all employee inquiries in a timely manner
- Evaluate and provide training as needed for staff
- Provide strategic HR support to all business partners

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- BS/BA in human resources, international relations or other business related field relevant to the role.
- At least 8 years’ experience as an HR generalist with expertise in recruitment, training & office administration
- At least 2 years of international human resource experience
- Strong business understanding and business partnering experience
- Good people skills as to engage internal stakeholders
- Strong leadership capability and excellent process improvement skills
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and / or Mandarin) languages
- Travel is 50%
