JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruitment and Staffing
- Involving in attracting, hiring and onboarding new employees
- Researching and attracting talented individuals to join the company
- C&B
- Managing salary structures, benefits and other perks
- Preparing monthly payroll schedules for management approval
- Preparing monthly reward schedule of collaborators
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Handling employee concerns, conflicts and work to maintain a positive work environment. Acting as a bridge between employees and management
- Fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture, organizing events and initiatives to boost morale and teamwork
- Legal Compliance
- Ensuring that the company complies with labour laws, regulations and ethical standards, mitigating legal risks
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of related working experience in HR roles
- Good communication skills in English or Chinese language
