JAC’s client, a Healthcare Technology platform development is looking for a CFO position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a CFO you will play a role in shaping the financial direction, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and driving the organization toward its growth objectives while upholding the highest standards of compliance and financial stewardship.

• Lead the Controllership and Finance teams, ensuring maximum efficiency and strict compliance with financial operations.
• Act as a Business Partner and support Management team in business decisions
• Strategically enhance profitability by continuously expanding revenue streams, generating cash, and optimizing expenditures.
• Utilize a comprehensive planning framework to enhance forecasting capabilities and facilitate informed decision-making
• Manage investor relations and strategic partnerships for financial growth and stability.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all financial functions.
• Establish robust procedures for routine internal audits to ensure compliance and to pinpoint areas of potential risk.
• Implement comprehensive risk management strategies designed to mitigate financial risks effectively.
• Develop and execute a financial strategy that supports company's growth and scalability goals.
• Participate in key decisions regarding strategic initiatives and operational models, providing expert financial insights.
• Implement and drive the adoption of operational best practices throughout the finance and accounting departments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required.
• A background of at least 15 years in a senior financial management role, with a reference to experience in Corporate settings or at Big4 firms.
• Experience with Public Listing
• Proven ability in strategic financial planning and analysis in a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to changing business landscapes.
• Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and financial negotiations.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively about financial strategies that support business growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
