An international school in HCMC is looking for a Head of Operation position

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Manage the daily operations of the school, including facilities, security, transportation, and catering
• Coordinate with the academic staff to ensure the smooth delivery of the curriculum and the quality of education
• Oversee the budget, financial planning, and reporting of the school
• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as parents, partners, regulators, and accreditation bodies
• Implement policies and procedures to comply with the school's vision, mission, and values
• Lead and motivate the operational staff and provide them with professional development opportunities

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, business, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in school administration or management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, teachers, and staff
• Knowledge of international curriculum standards and best practices
• Proficiency in English.
