JOB RESPONSIBILITY
  1. Set direction and execute music production and recording acquisition activities:
    • Establish a plan for the music production and recording acquisition process to optimize products for the company and label.
    • Support, aggregate, and analyze evaluations and feedback to exchange information with artists and assist them in optimizing products.
  2. Build a system of music production and acquisition partners:
    • Seek potential artists, producers, and partners for producing/acquiring recordings.
    • Establish and maintain good relationships with production and acquisition partners.
    • Negotiate and collaborate with other departments to finalize contracts, payments, and terms related to ordering and production.
    • Provide specialized support to other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and products that meet initial goals.
  3. Market research and product development:
    • Monitor and adapt to trends and changes in the music industry.
    • Develop new product lines to drive and align with market trends.
  4. Consult and advise on music release direction:
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on music release.
  5. Evaluate, train, mentor, motivate, and inspire the subordinates:
    • Establish performance indicators and assess the performance of subordinates.
    • Provide direct guidance and training to enhance the capacity and performance of employees.
    • Explore and propose solutions to motivate and connect with employees.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Solid and formal education in the field of music, acquired through accredited training.
  • Possesses over 4 years of experience in music production, with a deep understanding of various music genres, especially international ones.
  • Demonstrates knowledge in project management for production.
  • Exhibits fundamental knowledge of music theory and the music market.
  • Possesses basic knowledge of business administration.
  • Has an extensive network within the music industry.
  • Equivalently proficient in English with a minimum IELTS score of 6.0.
  • Proficient in using office software and job management tools.
  • Proficient in planning and overseeing project execution; personnel management and training; analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Skilled in organization and time management.
  • Competent in system management.
  • Capable of relationship management.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution.
  • Possesses research and self-learning skills.
