An innovative automotive company is calling applications for Consolidation Accountant Manager based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly management packs showing consolidated figures (or a portfolio of group entities)
- Prepare the annual financial statements and explain the often complex group transactions to other departments, the board, or external auditors
- Prepare detailed analyses of related party transactions, investigate fluctuations in numbers at a high level and report to those charged with governance
- Manage a team of 5 accountants.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate degree
- More than 4 of years of experience with consolidations of multi-national organization
- 3-5 years of Consolidations with consolidation tools
- In-depth knowledge of intercompany and equity transactions along with eliminations
- Excellent technical knowledge combined with the ability to research and propose company positions on accounting issues.
