JAC's client is Japanese electronic manufacturing in VSIP II, Binh Duong.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check the accounting system, invoices - bank payment documents and cash.
- Control the process of performing accounting operations to ensure the accuracy of accounting documents.
- Check the accounting entries of the operating accountant such as: revenue, expenses, depreciation, fixed assets, debts, and other operations.
- Check the balance of detailed and general books, whether the ending balance is consistent with the detailed report.
- Perform month-end general accounting entries.
- Make adjusting entries; Close accounting books and enter data into SAP software.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, finalize corporate income tax, personal income tax annually or as required.
- Guide and support accountants in handling new arising operations, complex accounting entries, handling data entry errors in SAP software...
- Advise and support the chief accountant in managing all activities related to financial accounting.
- Support chief accountant in dealing with audits and tax authorities.
- Perform other operations as requested by superiors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from university majoring in Finance - Accounting/Auditing.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in General Accounting
- Used to work at a manufacturing company with 1,000 people or more.
- English or Japanese communication.
- Proficient in office information technology, proficient in SAP software, know how to use FAST software.
- Have communication and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to Accounting.
- Teamwork skill.
