COMPANY OVERVIEW
Representative office of Japan, specializing in a rental service that provides various types of equipment and tools for rent in Vietnam. They offer a wide range of products, including heavy machinery, power tools, and hand tools, for both commercial and personal use.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementing all works on import/export equipment, spare parts.
- Keeping in line with customers/suppliers and forwarder to do the custom work in order getting smoothly.
- Sending data to Customs / Vietnam registration department, and do workings, report related to import /export.
- Any other jobs related to Im-Export as being required
- Check price, make purchase order, check handover minute, receive invoice …
- Following, collect all documents relating to payment for supplier and submit to Accountant department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree: University majoring in Logistic, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant fields
- Having at least 1 year experience in import/ export.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Language: Good at English.
- Gender: Female
BENEFITS
- Working time: 8h/ per day < from 8:30AM – 17:30 PM>; 24 days/ month.
- Salary: from 10 -> 15 mil depending on abilities <negotiable>.
