JAC's client, a global Information Services company, is looking for Expert Recruitment (Japanese Market). 
Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Job Responsibilities

  • Expert Recruiting: Based on the specific needs of each project, screen internal databases and execute new search campaigns to identify and attract the most suitable experts.
  • Professional Engagement: Reach out to active experts across various industries in Japan, communicate the value of knowledge sharing, and build strong relationships with them.
  • Industry Research and Capability Assessment: Understand clients’ research needs across various industries and assess whether candidates possess the most relevant knowledge for each project.
  • Compliance: Gain a thorough understanding of industry-specific compliance standards and ensure integrity and transparency in all processes and transactions.
    Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and propose and deliver optimal solutions to clients within required timelines.
  • Negotiation and Agreements: Negotiate with experts to establish optimal engagement terms for both parties. 
  • The above job description is general in nature. Due to the characteristics of the expert network industry, daily tasks will vary significantly to meet continuously changing client needs.

     

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
    Japanese Language Proficiency: Professional-level Japanese is required. Candidates must understand business terminology and communicate appropriately using proper business etiquette (Keigo, etc.).
  • Growth Mindset: We place greater emphasis on the ability to draft business documents and a strong desire to grow in a Japanese business environment than on mere spoken fluency.
  • Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in English or other languages is a significant advantage when working with global branches.
    Research Capability: Ability to proficiently use professional networks such as LinkedIn and genuine interest in identifying the “best-fit” individuals through creative approaches.
  • Mindset: Enjoys a fast-paced work environment, with the ability to adapt and proactively solve problems.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with close attention to detail
