JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee office operations, including supplies, equipment, and general administrative activities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and inter-office communication
- Maintain and organize office filing and documentation systems
- Provide general administrative support to staff and assist in basic accounting tasks as required
- Assist in the organization of company events, conferences, and team-building activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant fields
- 2-3 years working as an Admin staff
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (TOEIC 750 and above)
- Those who experienced in working in MNC company is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Salary: $760 - 1,000 (Gross), negotiable
