Deputy Director

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Foreign real estate corporation is looking for Deputy Director (Project Director) to join their team in Ho Chi Minh and Binh Duong city.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the project budget to ensure that costs are within the planned budget limits.
• Plan and carry out administrative policies and procedures.
• Manage Tender Process.
• Coordinate resources to achieve project goals.
• Negotiate fees & conditions and oversee preparation of contract and contract amendment documents.
• Achieving the assigned project goals in terms of quality, timeline and costs during the design and execution phase.
• Site visit, manage all site issue and coordinate with main contractors and vendors as needed.
• Overseeing the entire construction process, from project planning to completion

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher majoring in Civil Engineering
• Having working experience at general contractor such as Project Manager or higher position.
• Having experience to manage over two projects with over 50 M$ in which the client is a foreign company.
• Have working experience of Division leader or Manager.
• Having experience about project contract administration and bidding management.
• Advanced in English skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
